You can read and share this website for any lawful purpose. Please do not try to break it, overload it or get into parts of it you are not meant to reach. The site is information only. It is not an offer to sell you anything, and nothing on it forms a contract.

The Clivi name, logo, eyes mark, text, layouts and graphics on this site belong to Lodestone Enterprise Ltd or its licensors. You may view them and share links to this site. Please ask us before you copy or reuse them for anything else.
The example posts on this site are illustrations for a made-up brand called Pebble & Loaf. They are not posts made for, or by, a real business.
No warranty
We try to keep what is on this site accurate and up to date, but we give no promise that it is complete, current or free of mistakes. Clivi is a product in testing, so descriptions of what it does or will do may change.
Limits of liability
We are not responsible for losses that come from using this site or relying on what is on it, as far as the law allows. Founding tester places
Asking for a founding tester place does not give you one, and does not create a contract. Anyone who takes up a place will do so under a separate agreement, which we will send before they start.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If there is a dispute, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK you may also use your local courts.
